1. Service definition
Anatolian TV provides license, device activation, and profile management for a media player application. The service does not include the sale or delivery of broadcast channels, third-party subscription services, or content.
2. User responsibilities
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of all device and source information entered.
- The user must hold the required rights and permissions for all content sources they use.
- The service may not be used for unlawful activity, copyright infringement, or criminal conduct.
3. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access attempts, service disruption, or unapproved security testing.
- Reverse engineering, tampering, or attempts to bypass protection mechanisms.
- Unauthorized access to or sharing of other users' data.
4. License and account
Activation and the application license are currently provided free of charge. A license may be bound to a specific device under the license and activation terms offered by the application. Fraudulent use, abuse, or legal violations may result in suspension of the license.
5. Limitation of liability
Anatolian TV makes no warranty regarding the legality, continuity, or accuracy of third-party sources used by the user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited, including for indirect damages and loss of income.
6. Right to update
These terms may be updated based on legal or technical requirements. The current text becomes effective on the date it is published on this page.
