Anatolian TV Content Responsibility Notice

1. Platform role
Anatolian TV is a media player application. It does not provide, sell, or host any channels, broadcasts, playlists, VOD libraries, or provider access. Anatolian TV is only a technical tool for playing sources the user defines themselves.
2. User declaration and commitment
- The user declares that they hold the legal usage rights to every source they add to the application.
- All civil and criminal liability arising from copyright, broadcast, or license violations belongs solely to the user.
- The use of unauthorized, pirated, or unlawful content is not permitted.
3. Third-party content
The availability, accuracy, freshness, and security of third-party sources are outside the control of Anatolian TV. Anatolian TV cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, losses, or disputes caused by such sources.
4. Violation notices
In case of copyright or legal violation claims, evaluations are made in line with legal notices and the decisions of competent authorities. Notices can be sent to support@anatoliantv.com.
5. Liability boundary
Anatolian TV is responsible only for its own software and for the license/activation infrastructure the application provides. For damages arising from user-supplied content, liability is disclaimed or limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
