Anatolian TV Account and Data Deletion

This page is for users of the Anatolian TV applications (Android TV and mobile) and the account services they use. It explains how to permanently delete your Anatolian TV account and the data associated with it.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. When your account is deleted, all data listed below is permanently erased; a deleted account and its data cannot be recovered.
How to request deletion
1. In the app
Open the account section of the Settings screen in the Anatolian TV app and follow the account deletion flow. The request is applied directly to your account.
2. From the account portal
Sign in to the account portal at account.anatoliantv.com and start the deletion from your account settings.
3. By email
Send your deletion request to support@anatoliantv.com from the email address registered to your account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following records are permanently erased:
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- The viewer profiles you created.
- Records of the streaming sources you added.
- Your watch history and favorites list.
- Your sync data and, where enabled, your level, badge, and achievement progress.
- Paired-device records.
What may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep are not deleted; they are instead moved to a separate, restricted retention regime. See section 5, "Retention and deletion", of the privacy policy for details.
Processing time
Deletion requests are honored within the period required by applicable law. For requests sent by email, we may ask for identity verification to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
